Orchids will be ship in carton boxes with
dimension 100 x 49 x 22 Centimeters. Prices are all F.O.B. Bangkok, Thailand |

All shipment will be Airfreight or Parcel
Post or a shipping method specified by the customer. |

To be sure of safety and prompt arrival, The
following are required:
- Customer clearly written address
- Customer phone or fax number
- Destination airport
- Import permit, if required by the country

Each shipment will be accompanied by
Phytosanitary Certificate issued by The Department of Agriculture of Thailand, and Three
(3) copies of invoices. A cites certificate is required.

The orchids will be packed in an insulated
carton for protection of the cold weather. If any special packaging is required, please
inform us prior to shipping |

We guarantee the orchids safety arrival. In
case of damage, please notify us as soon as possible. The guarantee is applied to
airfreight shipment only. |
